Here are some of the reasons why access is being denied:

The browser version is outdated.
Connections through Cloud, hosting servers, VPN, or Tor.
Determined to have attempted unauthorized attacks on the server.
Determined to have collected data for purposes other than viewing (this site prohibits crawling, scraping, and other forms of data collection).
